a great stay
comfortable bed reasonable price prime location
The room was fabulous. It had a big comfortable bed.. tea and coffee were supplied, and even two packets of biscuits. the location is right on the front with the beach just a short walk away.

dated areas unexpected charge
the owners tried their best with the rooms, but the public areas felt quite old. leaving the car key was required for the car park. this situation created a bit of a sour note at the end of my stay.

low shower pressure dated public areas
The location was convenient.
The shower in my room had very low pressure. The water was barely lukewarm. The public areas appear quite dated. It looks like a modernizing effort is underway, but it is clearly not yet complete.

perfect location tea facilities breakfast choice car parking
the hotel's location proved excellent for accessing main attractions. the room included a tv and tea and coffee making facilities. breakfast offered many choices. car parking was available, a convenient feature.
the bar area could benefit from a refresh.

a perfect seaside retreat
clean room friendly staff tea selection
I appreciated the clean room and very comfy bed. the staff was friendly and cute, always ready to help. having tea and coffee in the room alongside lovely biscuits was a bonus. I could really relax.
the bar area was a bit dark and could use some freshening up.
